Property Management System
Estate Office is a department of Chandigarh Administration which deals with the property matters of Chandigarh Administration.Different type of properties of Chandigarh Administration viz. Residential, Commercial and Institutional are being allotted/auctioned by the Estate Office. The record relating to the ownership of these properties is being maintained by the different branches of Estate Office. The Office also ensures that CHANDIGARH – the City Beautiful is maintained by checking the misuse/building violations in the sites so allotted/auctioned and by demolishing the unplanned structures.
